Refund / Exchange

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personal care items, gift cards, and discounted items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the amount will be credited back to the card.

  • If the payment was made via cash on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate bank details for successful refunds.

4. Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • If an exchange is requested and the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange process within 5 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide images or videos of the damaged product for verification.

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost or a full refund will be processed.

6. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.

  • A return shipping label may be provided for defective or incorrect items.
